Problem with 3CX Phone System

    Hello to everybody,
    I'm using 3CX Phone System, but i can't call or receive call.
    Now I don't know, but I saw that the Port / Status is not registered. Why ? Is that normal ?
    I'm using a Sonicwall gateway.

    Let the Firewall checker run to see if everything's o.k. with your firewall configuration.
    And what says the 3CX Logs?

    First check the firewall checker on 3cx. I assume that you will get some errors... post the results here. We have 3cx with sipgate trunk which is passing through the sonicwall and it`s working fine... And yes, trunk status must be "Registered"

    So, I launch the Firewall check.. I got many errors, all like this:

    Testing SIP Port 5060 using STUN server: stun.voip.eutelia.it:3478
    Resolving STUN server stun.voip.eutelia.it ... Resolved to: [83.211.9.232]
    [Test1] Reachability test ... Resolved Public IP: 88.87.124.182:13900
    STUN server stun.voip.eutelia.it has second address 83.211.9.235:3479
    [Test2] One on One Port Forwarding ... FAILED.
    No response received or port mapping is closed. Firewall check failed. This configuration is not supported

    What can I do ?
    It could be a problem of an ID and Password of the Sonicwall's port ?

    Because I know UT and PW of the Sonicwall, but I didn't configured it. I know only that work for my IP and all the port that I need are opened.

    Gateway and Voip Trunk status are "Not Registered"
