Hello
I did totally new installation of elastix 5. After installation the system further downloaded the 3CX files successively. After a successful installation, i get this message : "You can access the 3CX Management console from this URL:" The URL is not accessible. Did i do something wrong during setup ? Kindly assist ? Anyone with same problem ?

Where did you install it on, on Linux, Windows, using PBXExpress?

Typically when you are local to the PBX Server, you can access the Management Console like this:
http://[local IP of server]:5000/
or if you are connecting over the internet to the server:
https://[FQDN you used in the installation]:5001/

If you are connecting remotely and the FQDN doesn't work, you can try instead using the Public IP address of the server (Firewall rules must be in place of course). It will throw a certificate error, but if you ignore it it should allow you to access the console.

5000/5001 are the default web ports, if you used other ones make sure you adjust accordingly both the above links and the firewall settings.

Hi NickD,
Thanks for the response. I installed it on Linux. The ISO file installed is "Debian GNU/Linux 9.2.1amd64 netinst Elastix". However am connecting over the internet to the server: https://FQDN:5001 or via IP: https://Public IP:5001. Either of them is not able to access the Management Console.

Update on my current setup:
I can now have access to my management console. What i did was to configure the local IP address and the gateway IP address on the Linux server.
This platform is totally new to me. Please how do i go about the PRI config for the PBX. My old setup has a normal PCI card. Will this be compatible with 3CX setup and use it as i did with Elastix ?

What kind of PCI card is it?
