Problem with backup in Google Drive in Windows 10 (1709)

I have 3CX Version 15.5.3849.1 installed to Windows 10 Pro. Recently I updated Windows 10 Pro to 1709 version and after that I have problem to backup in Google Drive (no problem with FTP or local backup). It looks that it uses many network resources to upload backup for a long time (my upload speed is 3MB/sec and the backup file is about 20MB). Βackup does not completed successfully the most of the time and create empty .zip.tmp files in GDrive.
1.Do you any idea why this happen?
2.Is there any log file in 3CX that I can find more information about the problem?
3.How can stop the backup if I have similar problem?

To stop an ongoing backup you need to restart the System Server service of the PBX. If there are any errors regarding the backup procedure then those will be logged in the 3cxSystemService.log located at : C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Logs
You should enable verbose logging to capture more details and any errors.

If you open windows Task Manager does the network activity go up? How long have you waited for the backup to complete?

3cxSystemService.log has some errors but I don't know what that means (see my attachment).
Which of the service I have to restart in order to stop the backup?

Network activity for process "3CX PhoneSystem 01 Management Console" is between 2,9 and 3,9Mbps which is the maximum upload speed for my Internet connection. Than means that 3CX backup use the maximum bandwidth to upload the backup.
I don't know how much time takes to complete the backup because I stopped it after 40 minutes. Using CPorts I found that 3CX connect to Google server sof01s12-in-f10.1e100.net for backup and I killed this connection after 40 minutes. Note that FTP backup (in my cloud server in Germany) takes about 2 minutes to complete.upload_2018-1-16_12-53-26.png

I can see that you are running SP1 (15.5.3849.1), can you upgrade the PBX to SP2 (15.5.6354.2) and see if you can replicate the issue?
 
Hmmm... ok. But I will do it on Saturday!

I did the update to to SP2 (15.5.6354.2) but the problem still exist.
I see from Windows Resource Monitor that the latency between my server and Google Server is very high (280ms - 400ms). When I use FTP Backup the latency is about 70ms... Note that my 3CX PC is in Greece and my FTP server is in Germany.

I don't know if there is any issue with Google Security system. Today I received an email from Google to check up the security of my google account that I use for 3CX backup. I checked and it looks ok!
