Problem with DTMF

    Good afternoon.
    We have some problems with DTMF. We have FXO voip router D-link DVG-6004S with connected analog phone line. 3CX doesn't get DTMF-signals from router.
    Couldn't you suggest must it work or there is no support of it in your programm?
    All installations about DTMF what I've found are:

    Dial Wait Timeout [1 - 60 s]
    Inter Digits Timeout [1 - 60 s]
    Minimum DTMF ON Length [40 - 500 ms]
    Minimum DTMF OFF Length [40 - 500 ms]
    DTMF Detection Sensitivity (less)1 2 3 4 5 (more)
    Enable Out-of-Band DTMF 0-1
    Enable Hook Flash Event 0-1
    RFC 2833 Payload Type 101 or SIP Info

    Thanks, my problem was in the codec :)

    Help DVG-6004S

    Hello Friend as I can do to disable answering the DVG-6004S and to answer the 3CX and call an annex. Thanks for the help

    Help DVG-6004S

    Hello
    The DVG-6004S this answering the incoming call and not 3CX, I disable the answering equipment DVG-6004S and to answer the central 3CX calls you could help me.

    Im not familiar with the DVG-6004S, so we better leave this arena for someone who does.

    Victor,

    Enable the hotline feature at your DVG-6004S. Then define the hotline number to FXO ports . DVG6002S will divert the calls to the assigned hotline number.
