Problem with forward to outside

    Hi!
    Have problem with forward to outside.
    We need that outside calls must be forwarded to my mobile when in autoattendant pressed "1".

    I made ext 222 and set it to forward to mobile phone if no answer 1 second.
    Tested from other ext - dialed 222 and after 1 second call forwarded to my mobile phone.
    Then i set autoattendant to forward to ext 222 if pressed "1".
    And it does not work! It says "unable to forward call".

    Please help!

    You should find out why this number is being forbidden. Are you sending a correct number/format/length?

    The problem was on operator's side. Now it works ok.
