Problem with Grandstream GXW-4104

    I have GXW-4104 and I've configured it according instruction in the 3CX site.
    There is description about hang upping of incoming calls from PSTN after 30 seconds. I have this situation, but the port hang up completly, after it 3CX system says that destination busy (but the status is green) and incoming calls from PSTN not going through (gxw-4104 doesn't see incoming call, LED is not flashing). Moreover distance rebooting of gxw-4104 dosen't take any effect, I have to manually switch off/on power supply to reboot device.

    Is this Hang Up which is described in the site ?
    Or I have something wrong ?

    I've made upgrade of software version of GXW, now Programm- 1.0.0.55,
    Loader-1.0.0.6, Boot-1.0.0.18.
    And the problem with completly hang upping of port disappered.

    But appeared another starnge situation.
    1. In case of incomming call from PSTN routed direct to extention (without digital receptionist) after 15 sec GXW sends CANCEL, but not hung up the PSTN line, so PSTN line keeping to ring and calls to extention repeats after few seconds. It repeats til PSTN line hangs up. So GXW hang up line after 15 seconds, it's highly short time. The trace form Server Status :

    2. If I made the Digital Receptional, an incoming call from PSTN is transfered to selected extension but it's keeping stay ringing untill extension hook off, if calling party hang up the PSTN line the called extension keep satying ringing, and the setting at Extension No answer after seconds not taking effect.

    Could anybody help me ?
