Problem with Hold / Transfer

    Hi Guys,

    New here... Have a problem and can't find anything on the form.

    We are using 3CX, when we put a call on hold and then retrieve it, we can hear the caller, but the caller cannot hear us when we speak. Everything else works fine before we put the call on hold.

    This also happens when we try to transfer a call and then retrieve the call to say it cannot be transferred.

    Any idea?

    What phones are you using?
    Does this work well if you try it with the VOIP phone?

    Hi.
    Was this issue resolved? If so how?
    We have same issue at the moment, when customer is placed on hold and transferred right away, there is one way sound.
    We use kayako softphone.
