Hi Guys,
New here... Have a problem and can't find anything on the form.
We are using 3CX, when we put a call on hold and then retrieve it, we can hear the caller, but the caller cannot hear us when we speak. Everything else works fine before we put the call on hold.
This also happens when we try to transfer a call and then retrieve the call to say it cannot be transferred.
Any idea?
