Solved problem with incoming calls V15.0.71

    Hello.
    I have a problem with incoming calls.
    When call is coming there is “GCM response: OK OK” in log file.
    I get incoming calls and push mails when 3CX is closed or phone is in sleep mode.
    I can receive incoming calls after 7 min in sleep mode, but I don’t get it after 10 min (there is “GCM response: OK OK” in log file). WhatsApp calls are always received.
    All phone settings are checked: 3CX pushes are turned on, low power mode are turned off.
    I have checked it in the network (WiFi) and out of it (LTE).
    I have added new user, request welcome email has been sent to his Android phone.
    User has installed and checked 3CX Client. Problem is the same.
    He connected to another network (WiFi).
    Deleting and recreating GCM didn’t help.
    When call is failed there are following in log file:

    we have a static external IP, he has not changed. in paragraph 10 of the restrictions is not installed.

    To me is sounds like and android power management issue. Make sure that you have excluded the 3CX client from power saving options. Especially with Android 7.0 this is could be an issue with the new doze settings. To turn it off on mu device i need to go to battery settings then battery optimization ans exclude the 3CX client. Every device is different though depending on the manufacturer and the android skin.

    Found the problem. Optimization is turned off - calls do not come. Turned on optimization and the calls come.
