problem with ivr and tone input

    I have installated 3CX PBX, with a patton 4554 on an ISDN line (BT), everything worked, but if the active Ivr I do not accept the tone, es.press 5 x commercial ...
    then apply the rule next as if you have not pressed any button, someone has idea if it is a matter of setting or Patton, I tried to give a look on the forum but I do not think it has happened to others, thanks

    the DTMF have to in RFC2833 this reconose the tone by the sound
