    Hi,

    Rules work from top to bottom and applies the first match.

    Normally I would advise having the second trunk under the first under the same rule. That way if the first one is not available it will use the second or third one setup.

    sorry, but in my configuration the second rule not work.
    i have configured the system with this rules
    rule 1 , prefix criteria =03 -->gateway1,gateway2,gateway3
    rule 2 , prefix criteria =03 -->gateway4,gateway1,gateway2

    if gateway1,2,3 are engaged or busy, 3cx not use the rule2 and close the call.

    Hi,

    I suspect that it is meant to work that way. It will check through your rules and then apply the first one that is finds. It cannot then move onto another rule I suspect but maybe I'm wrong.

    I don't believe that there is the ability to move to another RULE if the first one fails. That is why there are other routes to use within one rule.
