problem with outbound call

    sorry but I have one problem:

    when I set local domain in my softclient eyebeam as 192.168.0.3 all is correct and call will be placed as log
    05:00:56.265 CallConf::eek:nProvisional [CM103003] Call(1127): Ln:10003@voipcheap.com is ringing
    05:00:55.640 CallConf::eek:nIncoming [CM103002] Call(1127): Incoming call from 000 (Ext.000) to sip:900390161219654@192.168.0.3


    when I put my global address the call go to my 000 internal account as log


    [CM103002] Call(1126): Incoming call from 000 (Ext.000) to sip:000@151.21.43.208:5060

    where is my error?

    Are you doing these IP changes with both the softphone and the 3CX Server on the same LAN?

    When using local IP call routes over LAN only. When using external IP address call will "loop" out and back - you must have ports configured in router plus select "Extension is external" and "Bind to Media Server" in extension configuration on 3CX.

    I have 3cx on 192.168.0.3
    router on 192.168.0.1
    client on 192.168.0.4

    I have configured "Extension is external" and "Bind to Media Server" in extension configuration on 3CX in extenzion 000 but call loop back.

    which things I have to do?

    13 Int ALLOW always 192.168.0.3 Any Always

    9 3CX 5481
    10 Stun 3478
    11 Sip 5060 - 5061
    12 Rtp 9000 - 9003
    13 Int 7000 - 7499

    this log:

    I have noted another thing: also configuring as server internal one 192.168.0.3 don't work audio outbound....why??

    I have solved audio problem putting stun server on general settings xxxxx.dnsalias.com:3478 as my external address of server but logs are

    [MS101003] Call(156) Ext.000: Possible firewall problem. Address mapping failed on STUN server 151.21.43.208:3478 for local address ":9448"

    I have checked 192.168.0.3 firewall is down and port in router firewall is correctly open and nat.

    and remain the other problem written up......with dmz server as 192.168.0.3 (all ports open) the call return to 000 internal
