    Hi,

Check that you have set up a valid outbound rule for the number you are calling.

    hello,

please allow me to disagree (no offence), r in transform mask is necessary to remove the 0 from the dialled number. you are trying to dial out with a provider? or gateway? is the line of the provider or gateway you are trying to call out from registered? also if it is registered, are outgoing calls allowed on that line? If they are allowed are you dialing the right number? I am not aware of your provider but some providers have different formats that they expect the number so you can make a call. Eg some of them need 0044 and some need 44 directly for the country code and maybe someone may need a + infront of the dialled number.

So if you need more help, please give us more info. Which provider, which gateway etc.

The IP Phone used has a great deal how calls interact with 3CX, when a IP phone can be configured with a dial plan this can add some complexity for a general user setting the 3CX system up for the first time.

using the IP 501 as an example the dial plan that comes configured in the US sets "0" as the operator regardless of whether the tranfsofm mask is used. If a user dials 0 the phone imedialtley dials the operator. This causes 3CX not to behave the way it should.

In order ofr it to work properly, the user needs to change the dial plan on the IP 501 to use a digit other than 0 or change the 3CX system to use a number other than 0.

    For current issue....
Do you have an account with a Voip Line provider? If not you will need one to make outbound calls.

Do you have a firewall in place. If so you will need to configure it per manual.

Let us know if you have any further issues.
