Problem with process

    Hello,

    Every week I receive an email with this writing:
    ---
    3CX Service notification

    Following service (s) were stopped recently:
    3CXPhoneSystemMC01
    ---

    When I go to check I see that the process is over, can you help me to understand?

    First thing is to make sure you are running Update 6. There were a number of bugs fixed that could cause that service to crash randomly.

    Also update your installation to Debian 9 if you have not done so already as the system was designed to work with Debian 9.

    Thank you! How can I make this update?

    I have version 9.5, I installed the pbx with 3CX PBX Express

    You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard, under the Information column next to the licence version. For example 15.5.15502.6.
    If you are running a version older than 15.5.15502.6 then you can use the guide below to upgrade:

    I already use version 15.5.15502.6, But the service always stops.

    I do not use any custom templates. I have a switchboard with a Yealink phone, but I do not use custom templates.

    As a first step i would also recommend adding more memory as shortage in memory could cause the service to stop.
