Problem with SalesForce integration with 3cxPhone

    My SalesForce admin followed the integration guide for 3cx. We now that the call with 3cx button in SalesForce, but when the click on it they just get a browser error:

    http://localhost:47280/SalesforceAPI.aspx?UserAccount=example@ourcompany.com&Destination=(475)%20123-4567&LeadId=00Q4400001Pvg3U

    It's clear that the local 3cx client should be listening on port 47280, but it does not appear to be doing so. Did I miss a step in setting up the client? Is there a setting I should turn on?
