Problem with Updating V10 to SP1

    Hi everyone,
    We have a 3CX Phone System v.10
    In Management Console try to updating system to SP1, we see that this updating is available
    But when we press update - prompt appears I attached it's and this problem do not allow us to do the updating.

    OS - Windows XP SP3

    Someone know about this problem?
