Hi, I'm new to 3CX voice application designer and I have a free license.
I wonder if anyone can help me, this is my problem:

'I have created a callfow, I do a build all without any error, and then I deploy to 3cx. When I call callflow created, only says that the number is not available.

I find no error, because I think I have everything configured properly.
So I hope that your help with this em.

Thank you very much and sorry for my bad English.

regards

Do you see the Digital Receptionist created in 3CX? You can go to the admin console and go to the Digital Receptionists node, and see if it's there.

Did you get any error during the deployment to 3XC?

If I can see and I can also see the status of extension and works well.
The problem is when I call the digital receptionist.
I had no problem with the installation, and I create a digital receptionist before without using the voice application and it worked perfectly.
Thanks and sorry my English.
regards

When you deploy a VAD application to 3CX, a new digital receptionist is automatically created in 3CX. For example, if your callflow is configured for extension 850, then you will see a new DR with extension 850 in 3CX after deployment.

Do you see that extension in 3CX? Are you deploying to localhost or to a remote server? What version of 3CX are you using?

Thanks,

yes, if I see my 3cx extension and change the extension to fera 3333 and is well recorded, so good, the problem is when I call, says the number is not available.
-The version you use voice and application 3cx is the last of the official website of free 3cx.
-3cx is installed on a win xp virtual machine.

As I said before, and a receptionist Dijital created before without using VAD working perfectly.

Thank you very much and greetings

You say that 3CX is installed in a virtual machine with XP Operating System. Are you running the VAD in the same virtual machine? Or are you running it remotely?

In the same virtual machine

Can you call from your extension to a standard Digital Receptionist?

Do the following:
1) Create a standard DR and configure some wav file to it.
2) Call from your extension to the DR created in 1.
3) Call from your extension to the DR where you deployed the VAD application.

Send the server logs attached, so we can see what's going on.

Thanks,

Sorry to give so much work.
Thank you.

6666 and 5555 are extensions of the receptionist.

Do you have there a call to the VAD application? Which is the extension used by the VAD callflow?
Can you also send me the IvrServer.log file from the server?
Thanks,

5555 and 6666 are the number of extensions to the receptionist.

I regret to many problems.

Greetings.

There are no details about errors in the posted log. Can you enable debug level logs in the IvrServer and then make a call to the VAD callflow? To do this you need to change the file %ProgramData%\3CX\Bin\3CXLogger.ini. Look into that file for the section [3CXIvrServer\Logger\Outputs\LogFile] and change it to something like this:

[3CXIvrServer\Logger\Outputs\LogFile]
Level=8
Severity=Log Error Critical Trace
Format=$ShortDT|$ThreadID|$FileLine:
KeepBackup=0
File=C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\3CX\Data\Logs\3CXIvrServer.log
MaxFileSizeKB=2048

Caution: don't change the File path. If you have a different path then you may have another operating system. Just change the other lines.

Also, describe exactly what are you trying to do with your VAD application. If you can attach your VAD project, that would be great so we can see if there is something wrong there too.

Thanks,
