Problems Configuring Broadvoice

    When I try to register my broadvoice line I get this error message in the log.
    09:55:19.086 ExtLine::Register Line DN='10000' device='Broadvoice' can not be registered. External IP isn't resolved.
    09:55:19.086 ExtLine::Register Use External IP for device line registration DN='10000' device='Broadvoice'

    I'm not sure which host name it is trying to resolve, but I've pinged both sip.broadvoice.com and proxy.dca.broadvoice.com and have gotten a response from both.

    This error means your external IP could not be resolved. We made a request via the configured STUN server but no IP was returned. Check the STUN server setting and check that port is open...
