Problems with 2nd call on a ring group

    Hello everybody,

    I manage a 3cx with 5 agents. I distribute two external numbers to two ring groups. Each ring group has 5 agents.

    So far this works well.

    But: If one agent accepts a call any other incoming is redirected to "busy" two seconds later without beeing redirected to the four free agents.

    Unfortunately I have no idea what I did wrong here. Any idea what I might consider?

    Not knowing exactly how you have things set up, means there could be a number of issues. You might want to provide a few more details about how you have the ring groups configured, along with a post of the 3CX log showing the failed, second call.
