Hello, we tries to use CRM plug-in method for integration of 3CX with custom CRM system according to http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/crm-api/ Something works, but we have 2 problems: 1) we can't get notification that extension ANSWER the call 2) we can't get any when call ends using STORECALLINFORMATION method We debug step-by-step our application and see that method STORECALLINFORMATION was not invoked at all, even if HasToStoreCallInformation property is set to true. So is it possible to solve 2 problems: 1) send notification to CRM program that extension ANSWER the call? 2) send notification to CRM program that the call ENDS? We use last version of 3CX and Assistant. Thank you.
