Solved Problems with 3CX<-->Flowroute

I'm migrating from a previous SIP provider that is going out of business. My previous provider only required me to have a Linksys Phone Adapter box and an analog phone attached to it.

I've subscribed to Flowroute and have a DID and I have installed 3CX v 15.5.10244.4 on a INTEL NUC mini-PC in my home office in a DMZ between my Cable Internet provider's Router and my internal small office firewall/router. The public IP number provided by the Cable provider is dynamically allocated but reasonably persistent and stable (months at a time).

The INTEL NUC IP# is 192.168.0.240. I have successfully conducted the 3CX Firewall tests on this installation and installed the "3CXPhone for Windows" v.15.5.10795. on a laptop device inside my office network with IP# 192.168.2.185.

I've been able to receive incoming calls from the mobile phone. But I can't use the softphone to make outgoing calls. The call seems to attempt and then just drop. The 3CX has the following log entries (note that I've obfuscated my UID and phone numbers with some #### characters:

As mentioned in one of the 3CX configuration documents, I have only 1 outbound rule:
Rule Name: Outbound Calls
Calls to numbers starting with prefix: +,0-9
Route 1: Flowroute
Strip Digits: 0

Any help would be very appreciated.

From the provided log i can see that the error is coming from the provider so i am assuming that the trunk is successfully registered. Have you used the Flowroute template included in the PBX to add the trunk?
Have you tried calling using a different number format? Try 11 digits, for example 1xxxxxxxxxx

Yup. That was the problem, Yiannish--needed 11 digits. Thanks.
 
Glad to see the issue has been resolved. Please note that you can create outbound rules to convert 10 digit numbers to 11 digits so the calls are always successful.
