    I have configured this device per the whitepaper; however I am not able to get outbound calling working. I keep getting the following:

    16:18:27.275 CallConf::Rejected [CM103005] Call(1) is rejected: Not Found
    16:18:27.275 StratInOut::eek:nCancel [CM104008] Call(1): Call from Ext.116 to 1518XXXXXXX terminated; cause: 404 Not Found; from IP:192.168.5.8
    16:18:26.494 CallConf::eek:nIncoming [CM103002] Call(1): Incoming call from 116 (Ext.116) to sip:91518XXXXXXX@192.168.5.2

    On the AudioCodes device I am getting the following in the Message Log:

    Log is Activated 6d:16h:18m:26s ( lgr_TrnkGrp)(35 ) !! [ERROR] #1:TrunkGroup::AllocateEndPoint- Can't find EndPoint for phone number 1518XXXXXXX [Time: 16:18:26]
    6d:16h:18m:26s ( lgr_psbrdif)(36 ) !! [ERROR] MotherBoard::GetEndPoint- Can't find EndPoint for Dest:1518XXXXXXX
    Source:116 SourceIp:10c68e0 [Time: 16:18:26]
    6d:16h:18m:26s task GWAP, Un nested AcLockStart [Time: 16:18:26]
    6d:16h:18m:26s task GWAP, Mismatch preemption mode [Time: 16:18:26]

    I am using a Grandstream GXP-2000, and internal calls work flawlessly as do external inbound calls.

    I am really struggling trying to get this working properly.

    As far as I understand your AudioCodes doesn't know how to dial number 1518XXXXXXX. Check its dial plan.

    I realize that, that is what I am looking for info on. Has anybody on the board gotten one of these to work? and if so how did they do it.

    I just went over the configuration guide from the begining after resetting the MP114 to make sure we didn't skip any steps in the guide.It's working great. Just make sure you didn't skip any steps in the configuration guide. you must have missed some small but important setting.

    Costas,

    I did go through the guide several times. what firmware ver are you using?

    Could you send the ini file that you used to get working. you should be able to save this file from within the audiocodes web interface.

    Also, I noticed on the Automatic Dialing you have changed from enabled to hotline. I attempted this, but calls would not ring to my phones. Instead 3CX would answer the call and immediately give the calling party a dial tone (much like two stage dialing). Upon hanging up 3CX would then make a call to the extension that was supposed to ring; however the line had already been dropped.

    Do you know how to perform a factory reset of the AudioCodes? The manual says to hold the reset button for 6 seconds, but it does not seem to work.

    I am very disappointed with this unit. It came highly recommeded for its sound quality, but audiocodes near non-existant support really makes the device useless.

    Costas,

    also on step 7.d you are specifying Set the “Default Gateway Address” to “10.172.0.253”.

    this is not one of your assumptions and in step 9 you are setting the default gateway address to 10.172.0.1 on the PC.

    Is this a typo?

    Hi tjabaut,

    Please find the config file as below for your reference. Our MP-114 works fine. Only found the FXO port 2 decode the caller id is not stable. That's mean not always can show the caller id.

    I HAVE A SOLUTION!!

    This issue is regarding MP-114 FXO AUDIO CODES cause: BYE; reason: Q.850 ;cause=3

    Hello Friend,

    I have the SAME ISSUE. I fixed it!

    Goto Advanced Config --> Configuration File --> DOWNLOAD THE INI FILE

    IN the file.... change the TARGET OF CHANNEL to xxx,1 for all.

    See below..

    TARGETOFCHANNEL0 = xxxxx,1
    TARGETOFCHANNEL1 = xxxxx,1
    TARGETOFCHANNEL2 = 20003,1
    TARGETOFCHANNEL3 = 20004,1

    Then SAVE the file... and UPLOAD the FILE to your DEVICE from the SAME area.

    When I got my INI file... I saw it was set to 2 !!! I don't know why... but thats how it was.

    I'm certain this is your issue!

    Please post back so I know I helped someone.

    vwadher,

    Thanks for the advice; however mine is already set to 1.

    I have reset the device, installed the latest firmware and still not outbound dialing.

    I have started working on a different config altogether for 3CX with this device. Nick and Costas, you will be interested to know that I have been able to get this device working on inbound calls by simply setting it up as a VOIP trunk. It is not using the proxy (but it can) nor is it registering.

    The Audiocodes unit merely receives the PSTN call, converts to voip and transfers it based on the routing rule and the autodial rules to the 3CX box.

    Outbound calls do ring and are passed to the Audiocodes box, but they do not get outside of this box.

    I will continue to troubleshoot, and will post a writeup for your review when finished.

    If anyone has anymore experience with the Audiocodes MP units as to why it will not pick up a port and dial out I am all ears.

    Thanks again,

    Tim

    After putting your configuration in the gateway did you got to Mainenance and go down to Save Configuration and press the burn button. I found that just hitting the submit button did not do it, I had to burn the config to the gateway before outbound calls would work. Once I did that it worked great and the audio quality is great. It will still need some fine tuning and I am still working on that. I am finding that the Caller ID feature is not stable but not sure if that is in the gateway or in the phones at this time. But on a scale of 1 - 10 I would give the MP-114 an 8+.

    hello,

    I got the INCOMING calls to work.... but now I'm having the same issues as the other person here...

    OUTGOING calls are not working. They are getting OUT from 3CX.... but the MP114 gateway does not know what to do with it...

    GATEWAY LOGS -->

    Call::GetEndPoint- Can't find endpoint for phone number 14807756464

    I did enable HOTLINE and also BURN to the flash etc.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

    Let me know if you get it working too!

    I will be more than happy to help more if you need.

    Hello everybody...
    I have an AudiCodes MP-114 FXS, I can make calls... everything works fine till now, except that, if ext 101 calls ext 102, and it cancels the call, ext 102 is still ringing.
