Problems with CallHistoryService

    I'm having a problem with 3CX's postgresql database. I have been fetching phonecalls from the database on a nightly basis for several months now, for reporting purposes. However, recently the database has stopped recording call history entries when the duration is greater than 0 and it only saves a handful of recordings where the duration is greater than 0. Additionally, the timestamps are 4 days in the past.

    Finally, the CallHistoryService process is continually maxing out one of the CPUs and I am unable to restart the service - it hangs at "stopping" via the Services status tab.

    Our dataset is quite old. We field several hundred calls per day and we have calls going back to 2012.

    Has anyone seen similar problems with the Call History Service? Any fixes or solutions?
