problems with direct sip calling

    Hi, I have to say that i'm not an expert in dns servers. We want to use direct sip calling feature and for that pourpose we get a dominio that is parked on the servers of the provider. We set up the dominio on the 3cx but when the call reaches the pbx says:
    CM102001]: Authentication failed for SipReq: INVITE 116@xxxxvoip.info tid=0a000024000000f1473103f2000054540000001c cseq=INVITE contact=10.0.0.54 / 2 from(wire); Reason: Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings

    Please help.

    Which version of 3CX PBX do you use?

    i'm using the last build

    First of all thanks for the advices. By now it looks that is working sometimes yes and sometimes not. But when it works works perfectly. I'm not shure if it's my server or is the 3cx the one that is not answering. I'm going to tell you the results of our test. By the way congratulations for your great work. 3cx people.
