Problems with incoming calls (12289)

    Hello, I have a grandstream 4108 and 3cx v12.
    7Lines are connected on the GS and all day I receive a error email saying that:


    All lines are configured to call a Ring Group. I already tryed to create one more ring group to separate those lines.
    I dont know what am I doing wrong.

    The open port on your grandstand could be the cause, If 10006 is the corresponding Trunk in 3CX then you need to click on 10006 and check the check boxes at the bottom to disable incoming and disable outgoing calls for this trunk. This will prevent 3CX from attempting to use it.
