Ok, here is my setup. 3cxmini v10 sp6 at HQ. Polycom 330 firmware 3.3.4 at home (Ext 200). Using Proxy Manager on a PC that has firewall disabled. My problem is whenever I make a call from the Polycom at home, all voice function works fine. However, when I put a call on hold or try to transfer to another ext, I'll get the error and the call will disconnect. 12:35:36.913 [CM102001]: Authentication failed for SipReq: INVITE firstname.lastname@example.org:5060 tid=e398bd371C924C54 cseq=INVITE email@example.com / 6 from(wire); Reason: License limit, processing or network error 12:35:32.236 [CM102001]: Authentication failed for SipReq: INVITE firstname.lastname@example.org:5060 tid=3207dd7fA01CC67C cseq=INVITE email@example.com / 4 from(wire); Reason: License limit, processing or network error This is the log when I call from ext 200 to ext 100. *3CX server private IP address at HQ 192.168.1.9 Polycom 330 private IP address at home 172.16.1.129 This only happens when I make an outgoing call FROM the Polycom phone. Everything works fine if it is an incoming call. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
