    Hello there,

I have 3cx pro16 version 8 and just tried to install the mv-374. Outgoing does not goes via the Protech but stays going via the normal trunk. Any ideas?

Incoming is the call after 1 ring automatically ended en is not going through the 3cx. any ideas?

I configured the mv-374 using the info mentioned in the gateway providers of 3cx.

    Code:

    TIPS

    Add source identification

Open the pstn gateway and check the Inbound parameters tab
Go in the first section called Source identification
    Match Any field

    For example do

Contact Host part // Custom field // and put an ip there example 192.168.128.130

I do not like this receiver@ You probably have it configured incorrectly. Check wiki

Also the pbx is complaining not only on the source but also on the authentication details. Why? Can you also check this

thx igor, by following the above description the incoming calls on the gsm are now transferred to the 3cx. Only the outgoing calls on numbers starting 06xx are still going via the normal trunk and not the GSM. How can I put this to work.

My normal trunk has outbound for number length 4-12
pstn I made outbound rule for number 06 and length 10

    any ideas?

igor, i did this with the inbound parameters. Do you mean I also have to do the same with outbound parameters. Or do i have to make other changes for the outbound.

No. Only you need is to check Outbound Rules and Gateway Dial Plan. It very simple!
