Hi. I've a problem with VOIP software SJPhone when I press trasfer button or hold button. I must hear music on hold but nothing happen.

I've configured 3cx PBX (freeware version to try it) in General settings/Other and I've insert here a .wav and a .mp3 file but I dont't hear nothing.

I don't think it's a problem with codec because IVR message is OK.

    Help me please

Search the forum first and you will find...

Music on hold is a "all over" problem 3CX working on to fix.
Hopefully it will be ok in next release.

    Please check Data\http\prompts folder.
There must be a file you specified in general settings.
Is it absent or corrupted(f.e. size is 0)?

    Thanks

No. File is there! It's name is CS2_AutoplayMusic.wav. It's about 12 MB.

P.S. With 3cx voip client hold function it's ok...

    Thank you for reply

I agree with Michael. You can help us if you ask SJPhone developers regarding this issue. I will be happy if developers of other SIP based software will visit our forum to help community to resolve some specific integration problems (I think it will be benefit for all). It just a dream... but I hope it will happen sometime in the future...

    Thanks
