Problems with the Auto Pick up on incoming calls

    Hi!
    We had recently upgraded the software and are having problems with our PSTN incoming calls. The calls do not connect to the digital reception or the call queues at times and they are not working at all times.

    Please let me what could have caused these things.

    Kindly post the server activity log and we can then further try and understand what has gone wrong.
