Among others, I have two Yealink T46G phones and am using 3CX V15.5.
The T46G phones are in the list of supported phones, they were purchased new for the 3CX server.
One of the phones has firmware version 28.81.0.60 installed, the other version 28.81.0.110.
https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/yealink-t4-series/ says that the min. firmware version 28.81.0.60.
Both phones are reported as 'Not Supported'.
Before provisioning both phones they were not reported as 'Not Supported' and I was able to use the 'Phone UI' option from the phones page and could 'Assign' Ext' to both phones. The extensions were assigned and both phones are now connected to 3CX and can make calls.
Not only are the phones now not supported, but als I cannot 'use 'Phone UI', 'Reprovision' or 'Firmware'. 'Phone UI' and 'Reprovision' do nothing. 'Firmware' gives me a list of phones that it will update but then does nothing.
I have not modified any templates or made any changes via the phone WEB setup. I performed a factory reset, manually updated one device to 28.81.0.110 and then assigned them different extensions.
I have been through the forum and cannot find anything similar.
I have checked and can access the auto-provisioning configuration file from the server via:
http://192.168.16.154:5000/provisioning/<random string>/<mac address>.cfg
The 3CX system is not yet live as I am still trying to setup the extensions, ring groups, phones to get 3 trunks with shared mailboxes. This is proving quite difficult when I have to factory reset the phones to reconfigure them. I'm concerned that there is something serious wrong with my server (which is fresh installed on a new license) as I can't even reprovision a phone!
What am I doing wrong?
