Problems

    Hi

    I have just installed the beta 3 product and seem to have come across some problems.

    When you ring an extension, the voice mail never cuts in
    when you use ivr and press the button, it goes through its process and plays the tune but never rings the extension.
    If you tied to ring a number thats off-line, it just dumps the call and does not go to voice mail

    Anyone have any ideas. System running on xp pro sp2, 1024mb ram, 3.6ghz processor with firewall disabled.

    Thank you for your post. In regards to your questions:

    Did you configure voice mail for the extension? By default it is not enabled. Can you check if the voice mail service is running?

    when you use ivr and press the button, it goes through its process and plays the tune but never rings the extension.

    Currently we only support "out-band" RTP DTMF which requires you to configure your phone accordingly. We are working on inband DTMF support which is of course required but will take us until beta 4

    This behavior is being corrected for beta 4. Right now phone must be registered to receive voice mail but we are changing this.
