Processor type help?

    My main system died, and I'm trying to restore on a laptop until I can buy a new system. It says my processor is not supported when I start to install the latest 15.5.

    This is my processor...looks like I'm good up to 64 call? What am I missing? An i7 should be good, correct? Info attached.

    what operating system ? as it has to be pro or greater

    Windows 10 Pro...I think I am stuck because it is a 32bit on an x64

    Your processor type is fine, the issue then is that you are running 32bit windows (x86). 3CX Requires 64bit (x64) Operating system.

    So you will need to re-install the laptop's operating system if you wish to install 3CX onto it I'm afraid.
