Programmatically Change Outbound Caller ID on the fly

    Hello!

    Our customer wants periodically change his outbound Caller ID from assigned DIDs pool.

    Is it possible to develop some script that makes such change when a user calls a number?

    Hello @igor.snezhko,

    You can use a CFD app to do that. You create a CFD callflow, and from this app you edit the SIP trunk properties using the 3CX Call Control API.

    Our VoIPTools HTTP API has an enhanced MakeCall method that includes a parameter to override the caller ID.
