a customer asked me to prohibit to transfer a call without speaking to the transfer recipient.

It seems to be impossible actually, can you think it could be a feature in the future ?

Thank you and excuse me for my bad english.

    Hi Nico,

you could change the default behaviour of transfer keys on your phone from blind transfer to attended transfer (talking to recipient first).
But you want to forbid blind transfer? I think this would be very difficult to implement and I wonder whether the forwarding feature of the phone (forward when busy locally on the phone) might be affected, too.
I think logical rules won't work as you can perform an attended transfer and just hang up immediately (after 0.2 sec. or something) which would have the same effect as an blind transfer.

    best regards Frank
