Prompt recording not working

Hi,

When I try to record a new prompt I select my extension number and my extension is not ringing. Nothing happens anywhere.. After testing: no extensions ring when Record from extension.

This worked before, and as far as I know, nothing changed.

Does anyone know how i can fix this ?

Does this occur regardless of the extension selected?
Have you looked at the activity log?
Is the extension possibly set to DND or other that would prevent the call from being received normally?

>> Yes

>> Yes, nothing visible in log related to this issue

>> checked and doublechecked, all other calls are received.
 
By the way, PLAYING a prompt to an extensions also does not work. Also tested to all extensions.. not in DND and no activity log.

Same issue.
