Prompt To Confirm Call Pickup?

    I'm testing out a free version of the system prior to making a decision to purchase, and - I can't seem to find a setting anywhere which would require a user to "Press 1 to accept or 2 to decline" an incoming phone call, or something like that.

    The reason we need this is because our users, who are in ring groups, also have their mobile phones ring simultaneously whenever their extension is dialed. If we don't have some sort of confirmation prompt, then a customer calling into a ring group could be answered by one of our users' voice mails on their cell phones.

    I'm assuming there must be something like this function in 3CX, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Any suggestions or knowledge on this topic would be very much appreciated.
