If I configure the Contacts application on my MacBook to use the 3CX Phone application to call a number, a whole lot of extra crap is appended to the number. For example, I have a contact with a mobile number of 0439123456. When I click the mobile call button, the following is sent to the 3CX Phone application
    0439123456abuidA82547ED900B4125A6A0E01A74312E37ABPersonhandleTypetelephoneNumber
and the call fails. How do I strip out the stuff from abuid onwards?

Note that to get this to work, you need to change the preferences in FaceTime to use 3CX as 'Default for calls', then click the call button in the Contact Card.

Also note that it does work okay of you click the call button on the right hand side of the number, as opposed to the call button under the name area at the top of the Contact.

    Cheers
