protocol error layer 2

    I keep getting protocol error layer 2 on calls incoming from sipgate looks ok with internal calls just the ones from sipgate. Have checked open ports on firewall and all are as user manual. Any help on how to proceed with this would be appreciated. It all works Just comes up with the error in the 3cx phone logbook. It only happens when the call is ended from the sipgate end. By the way I love the software the only think that was not mentiond in the manual or elsware was the Registrar Port I have set this to 5060

    Thank you for your feedback. Is this for 3Cx VOIP phone or phone system?
