    Companies of collection, financial, support and others that have direct customer service have the demand to inform the PROTOCOL of service.

    See the possibility of having the protocol number for certain queues, or even before the attendant tells the person to listen to the protocol of that attendance he will have.


    Empresas de cobrança, financeiro, suporte e outros que tem atendimento direto com o cliente tem demanda de informar o PROTOCOLO de atendimento.

    Veja possibilidade de ter para determinadas filas o número de protocolo, ou antes mesmo do atendente falar a pessoa escutar o protocolo daquele atendimento que ele terá.
