provider parameters

    Hi there!

    I'm new at 3cx, and I have some problems with the configuration..
    The thing is, My company is from Croatia, and we are using a voip provider that is not on the 3cx list.. The provider is VoipDirekt.. I'm not sure that the provider parameters are set properly.. So, can somebady explain to me what is important to set up? (I mean from the parameters) Everything else is configured.. I think.. :)
    I can make internal calls.. But I can't make any outbound calls, or reciving inbound calls.. i have set up the roules.. I just become an answer: The nummber you dialed does not egzist.. In both cases..

    The 3cx is on the SBS server on one city and i'm in the other city.. if it makes any changes..

    Does anybody have an idea? Im running out of time.. :( Plz..
