Provision HTEK UC930

    I have tried to provision the Phone manually using STUN but it doesn't seem to be pushing any file to the phone.

    I also get no prompt to login.

    The phone was booted and updates its firmware but doesn't show in the management console under phones.
    So I followed the manual config settings and selected STUN.

    What version of 3CX

    This version of phone is not on the supported list (ver 15.5) you will have to manually config it.

    When you say' followed manual config settings' and selected STUN - what manual ?, what address did you enter for the STUN server (should be the external wan IP address) , also make sure the correct ports are open.

    As this is a manual setup, it will push any files to the phone.

    Update

    I have managed to get the phone to prompt for a login and logged in successfully.
    It recognizes my extension but doesn't ring when someone calls my extension.
