I'm setting up a system with Cisco 7961G phones, but can't get them to provision. I've followed the guide on the site, and have a working TFTP server with the firmware files. I've added an extension with the model & MAC address of the phone. When I factory default the phone, it gets the TFTP server details via the DHCP option 66 and downloads the firmware successfully.
3CX has created a 'SIP<mac address>.cnf' and 'XMLDefault.cnf.xml' files for the phone and put them in the provisioning folder.
The phone gets the 'XMLDefault.cnf.xml', but ignores the 'SIP<mac address>.cnf' file and is requesting the following files from the TFTP server:
'SEP<mac address>.cnf.xml'
'CTLSEP<mac address>.tlv'
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks!
