Provisioning error V12 SP1

    We just started getting provisioning errors, the file its looking for is actually under /provisioning/8j8mqkt7gd/00156547fa4d.cfg but the phone is omitting the 8j8mqkt7gd. The provisioning URL sent by DHCP is http://serverip:5000/provisioning/

    Any ideas?

    You need to update the provisioning URL in your DHCP server to include the /8j8mqkt7gd

    Your provisioning URL should look like this: http://serverip:5000/provisioning/8j8mqkt7gd/

    Update your DHCP scope option 66 accordingly.
