Provisioning: Error when sending contacts to SNOM 320

    I have problems provisioning Snom 320 phones.
    The contacts are not updated.

    There are 19 contacts on the telephones of all extensions, 5 of them from the address book (although there are about 100 addresses in it) and the 14 extensions (Snom 320 only) of 3CX.

    At first I thought that somehow there would be no data transfer, but if I change the order in the address book from "last name, first name" to "first name, last name" and provision a phone, this will be displayed correctly in the phone.

    Incidentally, the customer claims that the error has only recently been occured. Some time ago, the contacts were still correctly provisioned. Unfortunately, he can't give me a specific date, so I can't tell if the error was caused by an update.

    Anybody have an idea?
