    Hi,

You have to recreate/update all provisioning files.
This is very easy to do…
In 3CX go to Settings > Phone Provisioning > Daylight Saving Time
Enable (or disable) “Enable Daylight Saving Time”, click “Apply”, revert previous setting, click “Apply”, “OK”.
Now all phone provisioning files are updated with the current settings.

    Hope this help.

If you change your external IP address it doesn't update everywhere. 3CX Training says have to backup your configuration, uninstall and re-install. Then using the wizard put in the new IP address and restore your configuration.

This is why 3CX recommends using a FQDN instead of static IP address whenever possible. That way if the IP address changes you just update DNS instead of having to do the above steps.

I noticed this happened to me at my last job - and I went into the advanced parameters and looked for all Public IP instances and manually changed them. Worked fine and no downtime to backup and restore.

(Of course.... you should probably listen to 3cx.)
