A few things to do with contacts on Yealink and provisioning contacts

    1. Is there a way to provision a local phonebook to a specific yealink phone? If so, any direction or suggestions?

    2. With the default contact button on the yealink (etc t21) it has a sub menu when you press the contact button or softbutton, that menu lists 1.All Contacts. When I provision the phone to 3cx, it is replaced with a single menu to the 3CXPhoneBook. Is there a way for me to add a menu item to the Local Phonebook. provisioned from 3cx?

As far as I remember you can define other phonebooks in directory settings (phone web admin)
You can define a phone book name and an URL with phonebook xml file to download
The url can be any valid URL that you phone can reach not only 3cx pbx server
The xml should be a valid yealink xml phonebook
This can also be provisioned by 3cx templates
