    Hello everyone,
    I'm trying to configure distinctive ringing on a Yealink T22:
    • the phone should play a custom ringone (downloaded from a web/ftp/tfps server).
    • everything should be accomplished through provisioning or server side configuration (I've too many phone to configure them one by one)

    Right now, I think I've nearly found a solution, but I'm still missing something.

    I couldn't find a way (or documentation) to specify a URL in the provisioning XML where, if I got it right, I can only specify one of the internal ringtones:
    distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.2.text = external
    distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.2.ringer = 2
    I kept searching and found that the T22 should be capable of loading ringtone from URLs specified in the Alert-info SIP header...
    AFAIK, it should look like this:
    Alert-Info: <http://www.url-here.com>;info=alert-event;x-line-id=0
    Next I found that 3CX has a parameter called ALERT_INFO_URL found in the user interface in Settings->Advanced->Custom Parameters; I've almost no documentation on on it...
    How does 3CX use it? Am I looking in the right place?

    Thank you in advance!
