pstn do not detect hangup

    hello i have a vegastream 50 pbx and am currently using free 3cx ver. 6.0.806.0 I have a problem where if a external call comes in over ether one of my two pstn lines and the call is ether completed or is never answered it does not detect the hang up from the external caller. this will happen even when a caller goes to voice mail and leaves a short message i will here there message and here them hangup and still have one minute of dead air. this would not be to big of a problem if i had a lot of incoming lines but with only two, if i have two people call in at the same time after the call is ended i have to wait between 2 and 5 minutes for the lines to clear before i can make or receive any new calls. i hope i have provided enough info for this issue if you need something more please ask and i will do my best to answer your questions.

    Ensur you the firmware of Vegastream is 13.02.08.2 S035 R8.2

    Also it would be recommended you update to version 6.1

    ok i updated the 3cx software to the latest ver. and my firmware was already at the level you suggested and it still does not detect a hangup i just called my extension from my cell phone and once it started ringing i hung up the cell and never answered the soft phone. it kept ringing in tell it went to voice mail and then i received a two minute long vm that is dead silence. we are looking at going to the paid ver. of this software to get some of the better features but this seems to be a major problem that could be a deal breaker
