pstn incoming calls terminated

    HI,
    HAVE A SPA400 CONNECTED AND WORKING BUT ALL CALLS FROM PSTN LINES RING ONCE ON PHONE / S AND THEN SILENCE

    SIP INCOMING CALLS WORKING FINE

    ANY HELP WOULD BE ACCEPTED

    Hi gregitx,

    Is the line forwarding to a Hunt Group with Virtual number 200 ?

    What is it's timout? 5 seconds?, and what is the hunt group's fallback ?

    PSTN Termination

    Line is forwarding to a Line Group called all with all phones in group and then fallback to a line hunt group
    SPA400 passes the call to 3cx and it then rings the group - once then terminates the call.
    SPA400 had a setting for call timeout of 5 secs - i have increased this to 30 secs and now phones ring for 6 rings then terminate.
    Does not try the other hunt group
