pstn line status - gatway only

    I have setup a gateway accorind to the specs of this webpage
    http://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/sipura-spa3000.html

    I also followed the pstn line setup from the documentation and
    apparently at the end of it the pstn line should be created witha status of registered...ie green,
    but mine is red and i have now idea why.

    can someone please help me!!

    User ID and Authentication ID must be the same as line setup in 3CX (eg 10001).

    Make sure you reboot the SPA after.
