PSTN wouldnt go into 3cx

    Yes, there could be any number of problems. Datafill in the 3102, datafill in 3CX, etc. Post a 3CX log showing the incoming call from the 3102. If you don't see any sign of an incoming call in the logs then you need to do some more work on the 3102 because it isn't passing the call info to 3CX.

    If you are located in North America, CID info is sent between the first and second ring. So... you don't want the 3102 to notify 3CX of in incoming call until it has received the CID info. In the PSTN tab/PSTN-to-VoIP Gateway Setup , make sure PSTN CID For VoIP CID is set to YES, and PSTN Answer Delay is set to 3 (seconds). Anything less and it will not wait long enough to get the CID info to pass on.
